If the deposit is not rceived within 7 days of booking date, we reserve the right to accept another booking. The balance of the total amount is payable 14 days pror to arrival date. Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (less costs if applicable), 14 to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit will be retained, less than 7 days including "no show" full deposit will be retained.
